Are your tours suitable for children or seniors?
Yes, most of our tours are designed to be family-friendly and suitable for participants of all ages, including children and seniors. We strive to create an enjoyable experience for everyone. However, some tours may involve physical activities such as walking, or climbing stairs. To ensure comfort and safety, we recommend reviewing the activity level and requirements outlined in each tour description. If you have specific concerns or need assistance choosing the right tour, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
What happens after I book a tour?
Once you book a tour, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your tour,including the meeting point, time, and any other relevant information. We will also send you a reminder email one day before the tour. Please be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for these emails. If you don’t receive the confirmation or reminder, please contact us immediately to ensure everything is in order for your tour.
Do you offer custom or private tours?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom and private tours designed around your interests, preferences, and schedule. Whether you’re looking for a personalized cultural experience, a family-friendly outing, or something unique, we’ll work with you to craft the perfect itinerary. Do you offer additional services like transportation or photography?
Yes, we provide services such as airport transfers, customized transportation, photography, and videography. These options can be included upon request for private tours to make your experience even more convenient and memorable. Feel free to contact us to discuss your preferences!
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the tour, a 50% refund will be provided. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

Are tours affected by bad weather?
Tours run rain or shine. In extreme weather conditions, we may reschedule or offer a refund. We’ll notify you in advance and provide alternative arrangements or a full refund if the tour cannot proceed.
What should I do if I’m running late or lost?
If you're running late, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp. We’ll do our best to accommodate you or provide directions to join the group. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time and the group has already departed, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided. If you’re lost, refer to the detailed meeting point instructions in your confirmation email, or call us for real-time assistance.
Are your tours wheelchair-accessible?
We strive to make our tours accessible to everyone. Some tours are wheelchair-friendly, while others may have limitations due to terrain or activity levels. Please contact us to confirm the accessibility of a specific tour.
